Shipping Policy
How fast your gear actually gets to you, and why timelines vary a little by pincode.
Dispatch time
Every product page tells you how many business days it typically takes to leave our warehouse. Sourced-to-order items — anything we bring in specially from a distributor rather than keep on the shelf — can take a little longer, since it has to reach us first before it reaches you.
- Orders placed before 2 PM usually go out the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM typically dispatch within 24 hours.
- Anything flagged as a longer dispatch window on its product page is being sourced specially for your order.
If something outside our control pushes your order past its estimated dispatch window, we'll reach out before assuming you still want it.
Delivery estimate
Delivery time depends on your pincode, not just the product — enter yours on the product page for an actual estimate rather than a generic range. Occasional delays happen on the courier's end or during sourcing; you can track your shipment anytime once it's dispatched.
Shipping options
Standard/Air shipping is available on most items to every serviceable pincode — bulkier gear like stands, keyboards, pianos, and drum kits ship by surface instead, given their size and weight.
Extra-protective packaging is used automatically on instruments and equipment that are more sensitive to transit knocks — the goal is a near-zero damage rate, not the fastest possible box.
Why we don't rush the packing
Guitars, ukuleles, violins, and audio gear are fragile in ways a phone or a t-shirt isn't — they need real inspection and real padding before they leave our hands. We'd rather take an extra few minutes packing than have you open a damaged box. Getting it to you in one piece matters more to us than getting it to you the fastest way possible.
