Every product we sell comes with our own standard warranty on top of whatever the manufacturer already offers.
What's covered
Our standard warranty runs from your delivery date and covers manufacturing defects under normal use. If the manufacturer's own warranty on a product happens to run longer than ours, theirs takes over from there — our warranty never shortens what the manufacturer already promises you.
Do I need to register anything?
No. Your purchase is covered automatically the moment it's delivered — there's no separate warranty registration to fill out or forget.
Making a claim
If something goes wrong within the warranty period, reach out through Contact Us or WhatsApp/phone with your order number and a description of the issue (photos or a short video help us move faster). Our team will guide you through the rest.
